Tip up storage in Jet Sled

<< < (2/3) > >>

hardwater diehard:
You may be able to use smaller diameter PVC with your style tip ups.

I tried the milk crate and plastic gutters.  Heritage Lakers are too tall. You'd have to bolt the crate to the bottom of the sled.

bart:
I still go with 5 tipups, lets me have a jigging rod and a dead stick. The Cabelas Rod Bag carries everything I need and keeps it well organized.

Rod bag looks good.  I had a buddy that said he could increase the sales of Cabela's by 20% in just a few weeks.   I asked, "how?".  He said, "I Would take that big yellow Cabela's name off of everything they sell.....
Hmmmmm………..think he might have been correct.

Otto:
If you are going to buy a rod bag, I'd suggest this one over the Cabelas bag.  I had the Cabelas bag and had issues with the zippers falling apart.  I bought this one from Amazon and the zippers are much heavier duty and it is a perfect bag for all my tip up gear.  I have at least 10 in there, as well as all the tackle and tools I would need for tip up fishing.
