Has anybody at all been out in CNY?

Hey guys,

Does anyone KNOW of safe ice here in CNY.  I got a few hours to blow tomorrow morning, and I would like to hit either Big Bay on Oneida or head down to Madison County, because I won't be able to get back out until next week.  If you know of any safe ice, I would greatly appreciate the info.  I don't want your honey-hole, just someplace that I won't need my water wings and kick fins.
