Can anyone tell me what the road is like going in to White Earth? Thank you, Whitetail
-
There are homes and other ranch buildings all the way to White Earth so the road in general is pretty good. Because of the homes, the drifts are usually plowed pretty well this time of year also. Hope that helps answer your question.

Thanks Griztrax, Whitetail

Someone got stuck in the campground after the road blew in behind them last week, sheriff had to get them out.

Road was plowed two days ago. But drifts over often.

Also there is a pretty decent slush pocket that looked like someone had some trouble with. Located straight out from boat launch where the bay meets the main lake.

fished here the other day. about 6 inches of ice with slush out from the boat ramp/ campground. lots of pressure ridges could be seen. had slow action in this area. seen several people fishing the bay to the south. canyon ferry's forum in the waters section has comments of better action in the bay. good luck
