I bought the navionics app for my phone today and at first glance it looks like it has a lot of detail on the pond map. Should be a great tool out there this year.on a side note John and Bob are the two best that we have.

Wow I knew it was low, I didn't think it was that bad. Fish will still be there. Hopefully she freezes for us before the end of January.

+1...I bought it a couple month's ago and have used it a little in the boat. Works great, and I don't have to pay $150 for the chip and carry a $150-$400 gps. I always have my phone.

Won't be too long boggey before you're walking on water. Even sooner with a little planning.

I recently had a discussion at work about our up coming expansion to the north country.
I explained from now until new years would be the best time, since it doesn't look like I'll have to drive through lake effect snow.
Told the office staff, since most guys don't start till 9am & it's such a long drive no appointments till afternoon.  Considering I wake up between 3-4 everyday, what's one to do between Watertown & Massena from Sunrise to noon?   ???

After the 1st of the yr since that nasty lake effect & horrible winter driving  ::) sets in I need to stay closer to home.  I explained from then till March I would need to focus alternating days between the Sandy Creek/Adams Ctr. area &  from Constantia to Verona.

Told them "We just have to work around mother nature"  ::)  Well thats my story & I'm sticking too it.
