Not cold enough in the Capital Region. I think that will be the story all winter. Going to be putting a lot of miles in driving north.

if things dont start changing,you wont be putting on any miles!!!!!it was 52 degrees here in inlet and there isnt any ice anywhere,im actually dumping the boat in raquette friday to do some trolling.i know its still somewhat early and things can change quickly,but dont see any real cold weather in the near future.

i have a qestion related to water temptures ...if in fact the water temps are staying warmer longer then in the past would not fish be getting bigger?

for example bass in the south are much larger then in new york they have a longer growing season ....would it not hold true if it is getting warmer northern fish would get bigger?
