I purchased the ice helix 7 last week. When I was playing with it (at home), when I would have it on the flasher screen (in ice fishing mode), I could 2x zoom. Been on the ice all this week, and it won't stay in the zoom, it'll stay at most for 2 seconds, then switch back to 1x. Has this happened to anyone else?
I called humminbird yesterday, and they've never had this happen to them before, and they suggested for me to send my unit into them to get fixed, or possibly go back to the store to get an exchange, but I don't want to have to take it all apart to put it back in the box.
I even did a factory default restore and it never fixed it.
Anyone have any suggestions?
