How has the fishing at rock creek been lately? heard it was doing good at the beginning of the year just never made it down.

Haven't heard any spetacular reports of numbers or size to the gills, crappies or sheepheads.  Maybe after tomorrows Team Xtreme tourney we'll hear some better reports.

The fish are plenty.  It's a great place to catch a meal or get someone hooked on the sport.  There are many areas on the lake that are a short walk from boat ramps and parking areas. 

Crappies are mostly 8-9inches, and gills are 7-8inches.
