I am not associated with Princeton head lights but I have 3 of them. They have lasted years until recently the battery doors broke. I called them and they sent me new ones no charge after several years of abuse. Work great when you are walking out on ice, looking for stuff in car, hunting etc .....
The life is also very good on 3 little AAA batteries
