How do these new plastic Frabill seats fit on front rail of tub? I just bought a new Recruit and put seat on for the second time and it broke. Frabill customer service claims they haven't had a problem with these. I tipped the seat away from tub, hooked front bracket of seat frame under lip and tilted the seat into tub. Front bracket would not slip over front rail of tub. Even now when I have the broken front piece of seat frame, and shelter up on work bench, I can not get it to go on to front rail of tub. Someone please help, Frabill hasn't. the replacement part has been on order since 12/23/2019 and as of yesterday 1/3/2020 it hasn't left the warehouse and it's in stock but they said the warehouse has been busy.
