I don't know the area well, anyone interested pointing in a decent area to hunt?

North hero state park is pretty good have seen does and bucks in there. A lot of land is posted not in the state parks, but a lot of farmers will give u permission as long as you don't ask in your hunting clothes. Hopes this helps

Yup, LOTS of posted land.  I've seen deer around Grand Isle State Park, as well.  They cross Rt 2 right near there a lot.  Best bet for quality deer might be the Alburgh area.  Good luck!
