Ice or Open water?
« on: Jan 16, 2020, 08:15 AM »
Hi! I’ll be coming back to Rhode Island for work later this week. Might spend the weekend in state. Does anyone know if there is safe ice on Meadowbrook it Carbuncle, or are they open water?
