Anybody doing and steelhead fishing? I realize its not ice fishing, but sometimes its colder than ice fishing!

If alantics count?? I am doing good.... depends on the year for me though..  some years nothing but sTeel..  some years it's  kings. .  some years it's a  mixed bags all depends on the year..

Just tried it for the first time in Erie last week . I traded mine for the smoked ones at Poor Richards tackle shop before heading home . Excellent tasting trout !

When we were at Trout Run , the PFC & Clarion University students were taking LARGE Brown trout to be milked at the hatchery . Those trout were over 2 feet long ! Sure wish I would have hooked one of those !

You fishing the piers in muskegon ?? Word has it there getting steel head at a lot of the west side piers wile either fishing live alewife's on a bobber or casting cleo spoons?? Just thought I would mention it since your fairly close in that area..
