Im wanting to pick up a flasher this year for the ice. I was looking at this and was curious what thoughts were. Buy this one or save for another one?

I have been looking at this for about a year now considering it for my second/backup unit to my LX5. I took one for a test drive at BPS last winter and was impressed for the price. I hear a lot of people say they like the graph opposed to the round dial of a flasher. I would have already bought one, BUT... you also need to buy the ice ducer after you purchase the unit, I think it's ballpark of another hundred bucks.  It didn't fit into my budget at the time. If you are fishing without any electronics I would say go for it... I still want one

Don't know anything about this unit, but my local Menards store has them on clearance for $ 90. Might want to check if you have a store close by or they do ship certain items.
