Lake Champlain trip 2018-2019

Looking for any information on fishing Lake Champlain this winter, don't really care from which side I fish.
Ill be trekking out on foot with my hub shelter and small tote sled.
If I find a guide with a decent deal there are a few guys from work that are interested in coming down as well .
 Any information would be helpful guides, spots, etc...

Agree, Holiday Harbor........Bruce has bait, great lodging, right on the lake, shanties with stove, etc
