This was hands down the craziest day of ice fishing I have ever been a part of. After putting a beat down on smaller fish all morning Tanner and I decided to make a move to a spot we had never fished before. It didn't take long before Tanner hooked up with a good one. I’ve never seen a fish fight so hard through the ice. The battle lasted 15 nerve-racking minutes and ended with an intense showdown at the hole including a lost rod and failed tail grab attempt by yours truly. Needless to say there was a lot of screaming, yelling and high fives when we finally got her topside. The best part? It’s all on video!
