Spearing
« on: Dec 11, 2017, 11:43 AM »
Hey all. It's been a while since I've speared pike and going to give it a try again this year. Question is, what do you all throw on the bottom of lake bed to create a contrast to see fish better? So far I have white egg shells, but wondering if anyone has tried something else with good results? I will be setting up in 6' to 8' of water.

Thanks for your time and thoughts.

I take pistachios with me and throw the shells down the hole while I snack away.

My friends use clay cat litter. The kind that's not treated or scented.
