Eskimo 9000 missing carb.
« on: Nov 29, 2017, 02:47 PM »
This summer I was given a older Eskimo 9000 ice auger with the 3.0 tecumseh.
Minus the carb and related parts.
I did manage to find a carb but from parts catalog its a newer version than what my model had.
Now im trying to make the older motor work with a new carb.
The issue I now find myself with is those  little carb/governor springs that were missing.
I have to go out to the shop and snap a photo of the installation, and hope to find a photo of a av520 670127P (c) 4223H that has everthing where its supposed to be.

My guess due to this coastal environment they left it out and the ignition pick-up rusted so there was no spark, and thats why they swiped the carb off it.
