I ordered some headwater bibs and jacket from the institute.  They were out of XL so I had to have them shipped.  The jacket is great, but the bibs had 2 tears in them.  I thought maybe I could sew them, but why would I compromise on new bibs?  I am thinking they were the showroom pair is why they had some stitching coming loose.  I sent mine back to Striker and am supposed to be getting a new pair.  Hearing about this, I am worried I will not get a pair.  Fingers crossed.

Sorry to go back to this but wanted to give an update.  I received my new bibs today from Striker.  It took about 10 days after I sent them to the factory, I'm satisfied with that turnaround time.  The sad thing is its not looking very cold the next week.

Just a general question for you all. I ordered a Frabill Aegon 2250 from Kittery Trading Post on Cyber Monday with the 30% off coupon one of you posted about (thanks for that). I did receive a shipping confirmation on that Wednesday but no tracking information ever came and the order tracking is unavailable on their site. I called their Customer Service line late last week and they couldn’t find any tracking either and couldn’t give me any ideas on where it is currently or when it should arrive. I’m not an antsy person but it has been two weeks. They said they would follow up with me if they find out any more info but have not. Any of you had dealings like this with them before? It’s not like shipping was free so I hope they wouldn’t intentionally delay it. I know they are a site sponsor here so hoping some of you have some experience with them. Thanks in advance.

I have purchased from them dozens of times both online and in store.  They have, for me, always had great customer service and delivery times.   Once or twice on the Black Friday deals I've had a bit slower delivery  (though for me that meant 4  business days instead of 1 or 2).  Their online store and order tracking has always been weak. No doubt they'd always honor your deal too as long as you have a confirmation.   There has been a couple of times an item I purchased was sold out but they always offered to give me the price once it was back in stock.

I've also ordered from them multiple times with no issues. Ordered a Frabill Recon 1 man flip a few years ago, and I think it took a little over a week to have it delivered.
