I broke the tip on my meat stick and I emailed Clam sent pics of the rod and receipt.
They are sending me a new one!

I just tried to order some flip shanty parts and their web site is closed for ordering this weekend....says they are moving into a new warehouse.

It also does not look good for them selling or shipping into Canada, as it only allows you to register if you have an American address....I hope my customer experience is as good as yours, but I am not off to a good start.
