I finally got my sled mod.'s done-for now that is. I made the box out of 5/8" treated (got for free), put together using Gorilla Glue & brad nails. I covered it with indoor/outdoor carpet using outdoor carpet glue, and stainless screws. The aluminum frame was also free (scrap from work). It holds my auger, chisel, 2 buckets (1 for minnows, 1 for fish-hopefully), depth finder (someday to be replaced by a Vexilar), tackle box, rod case, lantern and 1# cylinder plus other goodies in a plastic box. Hope these pics turn out!

I forgot to mention that the uprights that hold the auger/chisel, are removable for storage. I used pins to keep them connected. Also, I have a mount that slides over the upright for the depthfinder on one end, and a folding mount that also slides over the upright on the opposite end for the lantern.
Sometimes I amaze myself! J/K!
