So I was fortunate enough to fish one of these houses this past weekend. And I was mighty skeptical when my friend decided that was the house he wanted. We had both heard rumors that the poles can snap when it gets close to zero. Not the case. -15F and we set the house up no issues. Just make sure you set the house up correctly. And follow the directions. If you are looking for fishing space this thing has it. Three of us fished in this thing with all of our gear and all. I would suggest this house for sure. If you have any specific questions let me know.

Good Luck with the purchase and tight lines!

Have the first version. As far as room, it's great to have the very large side doors, no stepping over holes and gear to enter/exit. Stand up head room, not much stooping to get in and out. Lots of room in the tub for gear. Good window positions. Heated mine with a buddy heater. They should include the cover. Unfortunately I'm selling mine, arthritis makes it difficult to get down to pop it up and also  install the anchors.

Just spent a couple hours putting my new one together, and when popping open the top, one of the poles ripped thru the fabric. Brand new not used. Looks like real crappy stitching. Going to sew up myself and then see if any other problems.

I looked at one last year and thought it was a really nice roomy shelter. I ended up with an Eskimo Qiickfish 3i which I like. I worked with popup tents for many years at work and learned that slow is the way to go when  popping the hubs out. Especially so when they are new. Not saying you didn't go slow when your pole ripped out.  :o I set my 3i up in the garage and let it stretch for a couple days so my zippers wouldn't be tight.
