Munising Bay
« on: Feb 04, 2021, 08:34 AM »
Hey folks, planning a ride over to fish the Bay on Saturday.  If you have any info to share as far as ice thickness and how the bite is I would appreciate it. I don't get there often so just looking for a little bit of intel to get me ahead of the curve before I get there.

Thanks

2-5 inches depending where your trying to fish at. best ice will be off the anna and thinner by the docks. not quite safe at Spoint yet but should bee good next week. have heared some gooddays and some bad days. people getting coho splake and whitefish.

BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS!!! After today's heavy SSW winds, lots of ice got blown out to sea.  The location I  was on ice yesterday at Sand Point no longer exists.

Hey I don’t mean to hijack your bay thread but how’s the inland snow on lakes like up by Buckhorn bar area?
Catching Any?
