You can park at the state boat launch at the west end. It doesn't get plowed though. You will be fine if you have 4x4. You can also park at the snowplow turn around on rt74 about 200yds west of the boat launch. It's always plowed. You can also park on the side of the road on the northeast side of the causeway. This is also dependent on the plowing. If you park there, make sure your entire vehicle is off the pavement. There is also a gate in the fence that you can not block if you park there.
