Question on Rod action.

I am looking to get a couple of new rods and have been looking at getting a light action rod for some larger panfish (perch/crappie). Would a Frabill quick tip rod be better for this or is a light action rod be better? I have the ultra lights covered but looking to get something a little stiffer.

Look at the quick tip for Ice Hunters series. They're a little stiffer.

I agree with Slip, the ice hunter series is a step up. But to answer your original question yes, the standard QuickTip will do the trick as well
