the narrows ie a good place to start pike perch in shallow lakers in the deep water :)tc5.

Public parking at the old Narrows restaurant. there are no signs, just look for the docks stacked in front. The is a walking road that goes down to the lake. No fishing today TC5, I'm thinking Tues.

hay fishin fool are on the same spot we talked about the other day.and are they still on the bite downe there.my hot spot slowed down last week.smelt no lakers.tc5.

That spot we talked about, where your job is, when we fished that area we would kill the lakers in close early on, but as the season progressed our action got further and further out each time we went. By the end of the season all our action was in 70+ fow..

was out there yesterday and got 2 lakers and some keeper perch. marked a ton of fish but they seemed tite lipped. it does seem like they moved out to deeper water.

Limited out on Salmon, eating size

Jigged smelt, including this chunky one

Salmon caught in 65fow, icicles 10-15' under the ice. South basin

From what I see in the long range forecasts lots of thirties during the day and twenties at night, with a forty degree day here and there, no reason to think ice will remain good till 20-25 of March. I think I'm done on LG, if I get out it will be back to my salmon spot.
