These perch i have been doing are naturaly very dark the last one in the pic was almost brown when caught i think it has to do with water color and the lake they came from has a peat moss bottom not sure wish i had a beter camera the one i used to take the pics does them no justice lol thanks for the comments boys.

Yes I was talking about the first one, second one looks much better, I'm guessing you need to put the gloss coat on yet?  That will make it look better.

In the first oen the eyes look funny.  The second one is almost to dull it doesn't have that full vibrant color.  Very well done for doing it yourself id like to get into taxidermy but im not sure im talented enough
