Gongrats Jake .I actually met you last winter at cheshire lake on the derby day morning. I was with a loder guy Jim and we left late morning to another and i guess you went near one old hole and fell in.I was talking with Bry this year and he was telling me about this guy Jake YOU and how you earned money for your traps and how you pick your own spots on the lakes that you fish GREAT WORK

.Anyhow i fnow guys who have fished their whole lifes and never got a pike that big.

its pretty much the fish of a life time so i am putting it up on the wall and going for a 25 pound mark but i will get a replica of that if i do get one that big but it is pretty much pushing the limits

Sounding like pro you could get the 25lber this year .Dont be surprised if you do it.The replicas are cool because you dont have to get it done right away.Good luck Jake and many flaggs to come.

Great fish! Congrats!

I have been pike fishing for over 20 years and pretty seriously the last 10. That fish beats my personnel best. Great Job!

I believe your fish should put you in the lead for the gold pin for pike in the youth division!

I hope to see the picture of your 25 pounder someday.

That fish is almost bigger than you are! I have never caught anything that large with or without ice. Jake, you might need to start a guide service to help teach us old guys how to catch the monsters. You can call it Smilin' Jake's Super Incredible, Toothy Critter, Monster Pike Trips. Great work.

I just checked the Mass current records and the largest youth pike is 19# 8oz... seems to me that they will soon be updating that with yours!

I am taking lessons from him as we speak. I am beginners program. His rates are reasonable.
