Title: New Sled and Organization
Post by: Papa Sly on Oct 10, 2017, 04:45 PM: Just picked up this sled on Craigslist, great for run and gun and it has the wind break also. Also starting to organize ice fishing gear.

OK I'm not sure if I will use it but I love the wind break idea.

Bought it new for $99.00.
Over 28 years ago.Its since gone.
The wind break was great for fishing calico after dark.
A rosebud heater infront of it kept me nice and toasty... tons of room inside of the sled .room for tipups and gear,thermos, even a colman stove to cook up some lunch.
Built in area in front to hold a livebait bucket.Padded seat.
Was a great sled.Top of its time.
Was well worth every penny i spent.
I dont think they make them any more.
The flip overs have taken their place.

yes, but the Frabill Ice Shuttle was way more compact. wish that they would bring it back

Post by: iceman260 on Oct 29, 2017, 07:03 AM: I had one of those frabill ice shuttles years ago. It will need some type of runners on bottom or you wiil wear holes in it pretty quick. It was a nice idea and was very compact.
