Well, I'm usually always wrong, so I'll say there is no way it's going to recover, spring is here to stay... I do remember one February when I was in high school that Hyrum cleared in February and we water skied it just to say we did, was so freakin cold, not fun... but it is very possible ice may have an early end this year... I figure mid Feb it's done for sure unless we have a major weather pattern shift.. If current pattern holds this weekend may finish your lower level lakes for the year.. I'm not ready for it, but the writing is on the wall... Later J
