Peacham, etc, closed to all fishing?

Are trout lakes like Peacham closed to all fishing, now that trout season is over?  Can one still fish for perch or smelt there?

I haven't been able to satisfy this question on the Fish and Wildlife website or in the guidebook  ???

I know Caspian is closed and most "trout waters" are closed as well.  I would imagine Peacham falls under that category but not 100%.
