Man I can't believe there is no activity on here. For us old guys that don't do FB this is one of the few forums left. Granted there isn't really much ice fishing here as compared to our neighbor states. Anyway .....
Fished Sacheen again today for 3.5 hrs. 7-8" ice but 4" is snow ice on top of some nice clear solid ice. Last trip on Tuesday only one small trout. This trip 1 trout and 8 perch (6-9"). Two of us but only 3 rods. Small jigs with various baits on the bottom in 28 fow. Not great but we had lots of fish come to the baits on the scope but didn't finish. Maybe next time. Any tips to share from someone more successful than Ive been?
Lots of other groups out but I'm not to nosey so don't know how they did except that half were moving around a lot.... no fish??
