Just noticed on the satellite that the north end of LML appears to have snow on it! Shouldn't be long now.
-
Anyone been out anywhere along LML yet?
-
Wide open north still the other day
-
Dang, the satellite image was starting to look icey from Hendersons so I was hoping for this weekend haha

Sorenson‘s Beach.
Update 6” ice
-
Facebook is saying 6inches in front of Regina beach on the ice conditions Sask Group. I went to Dellwood reservoir this afternoon 9 to ten inches there but it is not a very large lake I was surprised there was that much ice but there is also very little snow on top.
-
Oh awesome ! Thanks for the info.
-
Nice, thanks for the info!
maybe I'll head down Sunday then. I imagine at very least I can fish by Hendersons Beach, if there's already 2" at Sorenson.
-
Looks like temperatures are going to be on the plus side next week. That can't be good.
-
Went near Sarnia today. 6" of ice everywhere I checked, lots of it clear as glass. There are sections where the wind made sections with tons of creaky cracks.
Slow day, got skunked. Had one nice pike on, could see him through the ice which was sweet! He cut through my walleye test before I got him though.
-
Thats awesome ! Good try man. a slow day fishing is better then a good day of work. Tight lines !
-
Exactly!
I'm gonna give it a try again tomorrow or Sunday, might setup the shack and stay on the ice.
Does big arm bay have fish in it, or is it too shallow? Was gonna try out of hendersons but might get lazy dragging my stuff from the launch to the main lake haha
-
Lots of Fish in Big Arm Bay also Triple T (Hendersons) is good for pike.
-
How is ice around Glen Harbour? Thanks.
-
Welcome back everybody or hopefully a good and safe year of hard water fishing.
Has anybody been walking on at Collingwood yet? If so, how thick is the ice please and thank you.

30 inches at the tail; but couldn't get her to straighten out so we're thinking close to 31-32 Unfortunately we didn't have a weigh scale with us. She was released so good luck to the next person whose able to snag her!
-
Nice fish! Congrats on the C&R too…well done for sure!
-
That's a crazy burb, Nice catch! The fishing geeks would be jealous of that one even

hello All,
Is there a place at Alice that you can drive on with a truck? Meeting a friend from Saskatoon there on boxing day. What is the ice thickness?
Thanks in advance.
-
Yes, Lips Beach usually or likely Alice Beach launch
-
Taladaga,
Thanks so much
-
What are the snow conditions like on the lake? Hoping to get out after Christmas. Thanks.
-
Not much snow at all as of last week. Lots of spots on the ice with no snow at all, just the odd small drift. Easy travelling yet
-
Awesome. Thanks for the info farmboy. I appreciate it.
-
How’s access at Alice after the snowfall?
-
Can anyone advise what drive on access and accessibility to the Stone Barn area is like? I have not been out yet and would appreciate lake access and ice thickness info.
Thank-you in advance for any response!!
-
Ice is 20” plus. Need 4x4 to get there from Grandview.
-
Awesome! Thanks for the feedback Firefish … greatly appreciated 👍
-
Just wondering if anyone can tell me what the ice thickness is around Glen Harbor and Mohr's beach? Thanks! :)
-
Could anyone tell me how access is at Lewis Creek or Triple T? Greatly appreciated. Thnx

South of Etters is doable but I would feel better with some company. Caught 3 Walleye in u der 10 mins this morning smallest just undera 4 lbs biggest 9lbsa 8 oz.
-
Now THAT'S hitting the bite just right. I hope you bought a fistful of lottery tickets after that performance. Well done AB.
-
Anglerbrian, so the entrance at Etters is good to get onto the ice? Nice Walleye bite, any Perch?
-
Never fished LML. Was hoping someone could tell me where the closures start on Lewis Creek and Big Arm Bay? Is it closed due to poor ice condition or spawning area?
I am heading out that way for the first time at the end of March.
Thanks.
-
The closure runs March 1st to May 14th for both locations. Protecting the spawning fish is the reason.

I was curious where the closure starts. Is there markers/signs somewhere?
Just want to make sure when I am there I don’t enter the restricted area.
Thanks.
-
The exact boundaries are listed in the Angling Guide. Use a GPS to be on the safe side.
-
Nice going anglerbrian, dandy walleye. @)
Right place at the right time. ;D
Has anyone heard if the burbot are starting to get active?
WW
-
Wondering how thick the ice and deep the snow is.
Got a trip planned in a couple weeks.
Thanks.
-
Ice is 36", snowcover is hardpack now, drive anywhere you want.

-
Just wondering if you can still get on the lake at Lewis creek to retrieve a shack since this most recent snowfall? Thanks in advance for any info.
-
Not sure about Lewis creek but there was a guy saying he tried to get out at Etters. They had 2 trucks together to pull each other and they made it 300 yards and that was it.
Can’t say for sure but based on that I highly doubt Lewis is ok unless someone plowed a trail
-
Thanks for the response Farmboy. Appreciate it.
-
You bet!

Anyone know how the boat launch is at sarnia this week?
