« on: Dec 01, 2018, 07:51 PM »
Can anyone tell me what the cable length on the strike 4 transducer is? Im considering one for a dedicated sonar on my wheeler for scouting.

it is 15-20 ft. It is plenty long for what you are looking to do with it.

. So it's only about 5' vs the 15-20' stated in the previous post?

ice ducer is a must buy if gonna ice fish alot ...you can rig the boat transducer to work just fine but not as efficient as far as keeping straight plus gotta rig on stick or pvc which gets to be hassle

I have an LX7 for fishing. Im looking for something to mount on the ATV and dedicate for scouting. All I need to see is bottom depth & suspended fish. Ducer on a stick might even work on better than dangling the cable like i do now.

works fine with the float provided. keep the bolt in the ducer to fix the angle of the dangle.
