Broke the ice !

Finally after a few months of hunting hard  and seeing not a heck of a lot of deer I managed to shoot this 6 point its been hard no acorn's no pattern. Happy with this one. The skillet will be full for ice season.o yea hey Mike time to break out the tilts  ;D you know me!

Congrats! Nice archery deer! I’m sure the tilts are all polished up sitting right next to the garage door. You’re always a half season ahead of me lol!

No worries elevatorman.

3 hours in the woods and I took down this 105lb dressed doe. Estimated at 5 1/2 to 7 1/2 years old. All butchered up and packed. Fillet was great on the grill with some Montreal seasoning.

Now for my buck tag....

Yeah I was guessing about 200 live weight. Good deer for sure. I still have a buck tag for Black powder and a buck and doe tag for shotgun. I located some massive buck scrapes so its all about putting the time in now. Good luck to anyone out there chasing white tail.
