VEXILAR V.S.'S AQUA VU ?

OK here it is.................... ..........I have had a shi--y icefishing year and maybe figure buying something will help my sh&^%$  mood.  I own a vex but am eyeing a aqua vu. Are these Auqa's worth the $$$?!!!!!!!! I know the vex is. Please be honest. Thanx happy ice

i have both, and if you are purely interested in catching fish, and being an efficiant fisherman, than the aqua-view is not worth the money.

but, if yoiu enjoy just watching and observing fish and their reactions, and could spend a day catching a few fish, but being able to watch them would make it ok,
well then the camera is for you.

i can tell you, that i am defenitly the latter, i am just enthralled watching the way a nice pickeral just engulfs a jig, or the way a finnicky bluegill just barely nubs on the tip of a single maggot
