All this summer I dropped my son off at Taku Lake while I went to work. ( I think that's it, the one at the end of king street) He caught allot of fish and a few in the 20's. I took him in to work with me on Tuesday, dropped him off at 7 am, by 10 he called and I picked him up. He fished all of the places he caught fish in the summer. When I picked him up I noticed the water in the holes he drilled was about 2 shades past murky. I drilled one more further out and the same thing dark and almost sludgy. What would do this or is that just how this lake is in the winter. P.S. The ice was 4 inches from needing an extension on a strikemaster auger.
