So I tried using the cheap cable wraps from harbor freight last year... they work, but were a pain to try to get on and very thin.... so I found an alternative that was only a few dollars more and could be customized to any length...

I found some hook and loop wire multipurpose wrap at harbor freight... and a set of grommet pliers.... cut to any length and install a grommet... perfect... and under $12...

Been using black hockey tape for years. One roll will do tons of combos. It’s super strong and doesn’t impede from any sensitivity of the rod or grip.
