Stopped by Home Depot today and saw the Milwaukee Fuel 2704-22 on sale for $210. It’s the brushless hammer drill with 1,200lbs of torque with 2 5.0 batteries. Has anyone come across a better deal?

One of my friends just got the Fuel M18, three 5 AH batteries, charger, case, drill bit set and a Milwaukee t shirt at a local hardware store for $140. They were running a 4 hour sale. I'm pissed he didn't call me.
Usually you can find the bare drill on Amazon for $120ish. I know home depot is running a deal on the Ridgid drills right now. Buy a 9 AH battery and charger for $200 and get the drill for free. I'm going to hold out for a good deal on the Milwaukee.

Usually you can find the bare drill on Amazon for $120ish. I know home depot is running a deal on the Ridgid drills right now. Buy a 9 AH battery and charger for $200 and get the drill for free. I'm going to hold out for a good deal on the Milwaukee.
Wow, that's an amazing deal. Don't think anyone will be able to beat that one! I paid $240 for the same kit last year, and I thought I scored a great deal :-\

The picture he sent me shows number 2703-22 on the box. Not sure if this is the model number or not.

Yes, the 2703 and 2704 both have the 1,200 in/lb torque. The 2704 is the hammer drill and 2703 is the drill/driver. Both will work just fine as you'd never use the hammer function with an auger.
The price is amazing, but this is the 2nd generation. The 3rd generation was just released (2803/2804), but I think the motor is the same. From my understanding, the difference is the a little shorter profile on the tool and better designed side handle. I don't view the updates as enough to upgrade and will be keeping my 2nd generation drill. I'd even buy that $130 deal for a backup if I came across it.

The 2704-22 model has been discontinued. 2804-22 model is the new replacement. I was fortunate enough to find a 2704-22 model at a Home Depot for $210. Now I’ll have no problem drill 8” holes for pike, walleye, and lakers.

i got the combo with the impact for 230 on ebay. from a auth dealer. w/ 2 5.0ah.
