Going to do up the tenderloins from the 3 deer I have hanging. Sautee gently in garlic butter. My grandson wants eggs and home fries on the side. Got him hooked on that several years ago.

Did some Bacon & Basil wrapped shrimp. Pain in the ass to make but they are so good. I used USA shrimp and fresh Basil leaves.
I did some homemade Creamy Tomato Soup with some fresh Basil in it last night.

Lunch was breakfast tacos w/ bacon, egg, potato, beans, cheese & salsa. Had 'em for lunch cause I didn't wake up till 11:00. I LOVE bein' retired. Today it's rainin' & cold at La Casa del Whacko, just across the sewage canal from the creosote plant. A good day for a lie-in... & a wake 'n bake...

Tonight? Pizza delivered and a salad. Wife tested positive for Covid. Mostly cold-like symptoms and needs to quarantine. I'm a bit stuffy so probably oughta' do a test tomorrow. Still might run some tip ups in the morning. Found some "decent" ice.
