Can't live properly without good horseyradish. I put it in my mustard, my tartar sauce, my coleslaw....and slather it on roast beef.

Caribou tenderloin steak pan fried in my cast iron with an herb butter.
Canned carrots from the garden.
And some cheesy garlic mashed potatoes using Yukon Gold potatoes from my garden and some of my garden garlic!

Leftover roasted chicken w/gravy over bickets. Baked Acorn squash w/ brown sugar and butter. Maybe an apple with peanut butter for evening snack.

My plan was homemade roast beef sandwiches with beer cheese topped with my horseradish sauce i just made but i just ate a slice of leftover pizza and going out to the shop to sip some bourbon.pretty nice out today.

Have ~~one~~ six for me!

I said fug it and 'waved a couple weenies that I had with spring salad and some Fritos. Worked out in the yard for 5 hours this afternoon. Dirty, dusty, and pooped.

I quit drinking milk years ago.
Use to drink 2 gallons a week. And a lot of was fresh dipped out of my cousins bulktank..
