Baked Walleye... on a bed of spinach covered in a cheddar cheese sauce and homemade bread.

Beer-battered walleye, peas with pearl onions, hot buttered garlic knots, and razzleberry yogurt.

Snow, my driveway today, after it was totally cleared out yesterday, we live 20 miles out, barely made it in yesterday, so, been moteling it. Think it's just a knife cut from making them, everything homemade here, great food.

Me too, supposed to warm up a bit, been a few inches a day, but winds have been brutal and I have miles of fields behind the house, so we catch all of it, glad for the moisture, but don't need it all at once. Lots of people from both our work calling in cause they can't get out, most roads are county roads and they don't plow them, I guess 4 hours today with some help to do this much.

Wings, finger steaks, chicken strips, jalapeno poppers, fried mushrooms, fried green beans and fries and lots of Coors light from our new favorite place.

Don't know what it was. Started out with browning some lean burger, touch of seasoned salt, chopped chives, added half a chopped onion, can mushrooms, wavy egg noodles, made a creamy sauce with sour cream, then thin sliced some russet taters and threw them in... Tasted like beef stroganoff with taters... ::) added a salad, garlic toast, and sliced pickled beets. Got me full.  Plus enough for another meal. :P

Gonna dump some smoky BBQ sauce on it in a bit, and have myself a some nice pulled pigger on big onion buns with coleslaw and baked beans tonite..... :P

Those look good!

Well, the pulled pigger turned out great. Best I've made yet, I think. Literally fell apart. Nice and juicy.
The onion buns were a nice extra. Did a light butter and toast on 'em. Beans, slaw, and iced tea made it feel like a Summer meal.... ;D

My wife made Venison stew in the crock pot ( heavy on tomatoes...I like). Mashed potatoes and homemade bread. Apple crisp for dessert.

I thought that was bathtub? No...wait...that's Gin. Well...there are Gin Martinis. No...wait...he's in the bathtub...or birdbath... sipping Martinis while having fun with Mr. Bubbles. Never mind. Now I'm confused.
