Leftovers again. Went to lunch with a buddy after my Mayo appt to a great Chinese place. Huge helpings, managed to bring home a container of pork-fried rice and a couple pork eggrolls with hot mustard.  :P

Nothing. Had 2 chili cheese dogs, onion rings and a big 'o root beer for lunch. Still recovering.  :sick:

Dragon fruit is the fruit of a kind of cactus that grows in dry areas of South America.
Mixes pretty good with vodka.

I made fish cakes for my contribution to Thanksgiving dinner today. I used the leftover bony portions from some pike fillets I'd been saving, and they turned out great.
