Did a fish fry for my daughter's in-laws...Walleye and Burbot. My first time eating the latter. Delicious.

Didja dunk it in melted burbot butter?  ;D

Wasn’t sure what to have for lunch when I got home.  So I put the leftover venison roast in a pan with a can of baked beans..  Oh boy.

That's what I've got going right now. Coated with a dusting of flour, salt and pepper and swimming in a can of French onion soup and tomato sauce. Tossing in some noodles when it's done with some of my wifes homemade bread to sop up the gravy. Damn I'm hungry!  ;D

I double checked, and it's on back-order. The current stock somehow disappeared.   ;D

Last night fresh elk liver with bacon and onions.  Sides of fried potatoes and macaroni salad.  Well worth the work of hunting elk.

Don't know they're called... Taco crescent I guess? Taco meat, cheddar, onions and jalapeños folded up in a crescent dough. Taco sauce for Dippin.
