i just checked the sylvan beach web cam looks pretty shaky to me .........now watch some moron get mad i didn't tell him how many inches there was what jig to use and what bait .....they just don't learn locals don't give up nuthin.........

before i get e mail this is complete BS and sarcasm i honestly was yelled at for mentioning looking at the web cam and not giving a ice report.

oh there is a boat out there

Hey guys. Water was 35even yesterday. It’s the first year in a while the ice checks didn’t start in December, but let’s hope we can start making progress next week.

i went to the boat launch chapmans lewis point and sylvan beach i found no safe ice .........this is my only ice report for this year .....i did my duty

no no no fred last time i looked at the web cams and said anything i got yelled at for no ice report lure section depth and exactly what the wind was ....no no fred this time i went and personally check i measured 0 ice ... the good news is it's not freezing uniform because everywhere i check was the same .....zero also i noted i seen no gas holes

I got out and what a tough day made several moves and waded through a pile of shorts ,
, managed to keep a dozen perch
And lots of well needed exercise 👍
Checked out another body of water, spuded out a ways but not quite ready , lots depends on the snow that is forecasted

Your on ice Freddie!! Exercise is always needed. You’re going to be in good shape when it comes time to take on the ice a bit later in the season. Keep after them!!🎣🕳
