Anyone tell me why I don't see "POST NEW TOPIC" on the forum boards? (Especially Pennsylvania since that's where I'm from)

Says New Topic highlight in blue right under the Tackle Shack promo. ;)

Nope, its not there.
The thick bluish/gray line like the one on top of this post that says "Post reply" says "Child boards" . Is that something that I don't know about?

I was looking in the "Pa reports and conditions" which I see not does not have the NEW TOPIC option.
The "ICE FISHING PA" board does.
Looks like each state has the two forums and only the 2nd one has the NEW TOPIC option.
Anyway, thanks again for the help.

R&C boards have no post new topic button. If you would like to add a body of water to the board go here.

Boy I guess I totally miss under stood what LEN was referring to.
See Scott told you im still learning... ;)
But if he said he was trying to post a new lake under R&C this old brain of mine might have caught on.. ;D
