Guys,
How do you transport your drill auger to the ice? Drill in case? All hooked up and ready to roll? Also what's the guidance for using drills in rain/snow/etc?
Thanks!

I leave mine ready to go, I keep my battery’s in a warm climate for as long as possible

Ditto. I keep my drill/clam plate/auger all ready to go, with batteries kept inside and transported in my jacket pockets. I keep a shower cap handy to slip over the drill on the clam plate when it's snowing or wet out.
