I think you would be pushing you luck. Although it looks like a day or two cold snap there is a couple days with highs above 0 and rain between now and then.

I made it out today to a lake in between gravenhurst and haliburton. Big East Lake. Was fishing for splake, no luck  >:(

Ice near shore was 1 inch white 6 inch black, didnt go out far from shore as I didn't want to push my luck and was alone. The lake was all covered but there are wet spots.
