Any recently stocked lakes with open water? Want to try and take the kayak out one last time before April

Most stocked waters are closed.  Only specially managed waters with trout are open. They also have specific rules. Check the laws.

Trophy trout lakes are open till the end of the month. One trout at 16 in per day. Amos is one
