couple questions

I have a couple questions as it is almost that time of year again and Number 1 is Where and how do i sign up for the iceshanty contest because I don't want to miss it this year, and 2nd a kind of off topic question but is there any good places for burbot or bowfin in new york other than Champlain? As those are two of the fish I would like to catch this season, good luck everyone and enjoy the open water as you still can..

hey sun fish the tourny sign up will be posted at the top of the chit chat page,if i remember correctly sign up isn't until nov. or dec. as for bow fin or burbot idk but good luck

I know that there are bowfin in Black Lake. I don't know about burbot.

If I'm not mistaken I saw some guys on the Oneida conditions thread last year mention there were Burbot there also but not in any big numbers.
