Few things in play here that we talked about that would be lost to the average angler, besides the fact that we couldnt fish the "spot" on the lake we wanted, we were dealing with a full moon and a clearing front bringing high pressure.. ..as I said earlier, we were given lemons, we made lemonade. Now I'm ready for a bowl of ice cream!

Getting close to Taco time, cleaned the ones I kept( the rest were released) for my meal, soaking them in sea salt brine..Tacos at half time I'll post pictures












Nice job guys! Nice to see yellows that don't have those yellow grubs in them. Fish tacos look yummy!

Perch jig bite was off yesterday was only getting on traps untill hooked on the pimple with perch eye and relentlessly pounded it they did not like the pause only ate on the move wich normally get bite on the pause

Nice!  Son and I did some scouting Sunday.  Didnt have time to fish but found three spots to fish next week as well.  Temps should lock things up even with potential rain Thurs into Friday.  Be safe!
